Danilo Mazzara is an expert in strategy, innovation, and venture building, with over 25 years of experience in management consulting and in transformation processes across both the public and private sectors. After leading the advisory services within the Innovation & Design practice at Accenture, he has collaborated with various actors in the innovation ecosystem, developing cross-sector expertise.
He is the CEO and Founder of SkillforEquity, a company that designs and delivers incubation and acceleration programs, supporting innovative entrepreneurship and fostering collaboration between startups, established companies, investors, and institutions.
He is actively engaged in mentorship and advisory activities, helping startups refine their strategy, business model, and go-to-market approach. He works closely with accelerators, foundations, and research centers on technology transfer and impact-driven innovation.
He also serves as Chair of the Evaluation Committee of Premio 2031 (formerly Premio Marzotto), one of Italy’s leading awards for innovation and entrepreneurship, and is a frequent speaker at events focused on innovation, research, and digital transformation.
