- The conference organization will not manage or arrange hotel reservations. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
- For participants that will book hotels in the recommended hotels outside of Teramo — i.e Mosciano Sant’Angelo or Giulianova — the workshop organization will provide dedicated bus transfer to and from the conference venue on the days of the event. Further information will be provided
